• Bust Measurement: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground and not too tight or too loose. Take a relaxed breath and record the measurement in inches or centimeters, whichever you prefer.
  
  
• Waist Measurement: Locate the narrowest part of your waist, usually an inch or two above your belly button. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, ensuring it's snug but comfortable. Again, keep the tape parallel to the ground and record the measurement.
  
  
• Hip Measurement: Find the fullest part of your hips, which is usually around 7-9 inches below your waist. Wrap the measuring tape around this area, making sure it's parallel to the ground. Ensure the tape is comfortably snug but not overly tight, and record the measurement.
