Policies

All Thief&Bandit garments are handmade from start to finish- each table of fabric printed in our showroom, and every garment sewn by our team. Please allow for a 1-3 week production time per garment, as we are proudly slow fashion with a designer's eye for detail. 

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and a cancellation request must be sent to to us. Cancellation requests can be submitted here, please include your full name, email, and order number. Once we receive and process your request, we will issue a full refund onto your original form of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, garments can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of package delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, and the package must be sent back within the 7 day time frame. To request a return or exchange, contact us here with your order information and we will send along further instructions. Please do not send back garments without speaking to us directly first.

The following items are final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged: swim tops, swim bottoms, one piece swimsuits, underwear, children’s wear, accessories (scrunchies and leather goods), and all custom garments. A custom garment is any garment we've made custom to your exact measurements, or in a custom colorway, or with any kind of alterations. 

Repairs

As we are proudly handmade and sustainable, our team takes every step to ensure your Thief&Bandit garment is made to last for years. In the rare occasion that your garment does not live up to our promise of quality, we are happy to offer free repairs and alterations to any and all Thief&Bandit pieces, regardless of age. If you require hemming, minor alterations, or a repair, we will do our best to accommodate within our brand's standards. Any requests for repairs can be made through our contact form
