Holiday Policies


TEAM BREAK
Our production and customer service team will be out of office for the holidays beginning December 23rd until January 5th. All production, shipping, and customer service is halted during this time. We will not be available to answer emails or ship orders until January 5th when production resumes.  All orders placed from December 17th onwards will ship early in the new year of January 2022. Our contact form will remain open, and we encourage you to reach out with your inquiries to be answered beginning in the new year. Any requested order changes, refunds, or cancellations will be attended to after the break, and all emails followed up with.



CURRENT HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMELINES:
If tracking for your shipment says 'pre-shipment', it has departed our production space and is actively in transit. USPS often does not update the tracking for our packages until they are processed through customs. All orders predating December 6th were shipped based on the suggested delivery timelines to arrive in time for December 24th. There is always the chance of shipment delays out of our control which may delay your package. We can not provide any further information regarding package location/delivery that isn't already provided through your tracking number.

USA/CA Orders: Place your order on/before December 6th for holiday delivery.
All orders placed on or before 06/12 will ship out in time for Christmas. Please note there is ALWAYS the chance of postal delays out of our control that may delay your package. We have no control over delivery deadlines once your package has been sent. USA customers will receive a tracking # with USPS. Canadian orders over $100 will receive tracking # with Purolator. Smaller Canadian orders ship untracked with Canada Post.

USA/CA orders placed December 7th onwards: As December 6th is our holiday cut-off, these orders will be shipping out based on our production timeline of 2-3 weeks. Christmas arrival no longer guaranteed. US customers will receive tracking # with USPS. Canadian orders over $100 will receive a tracking # with Purolator, under $100 will ship untracked with Canada Post.

INTL orders placed November 20th onwards: November 20th is our holiday cut-off for all orders outside of North America. Christmas arrival no longer guaranteed, please expect a shipping timeline of 2-4 weeks for delivery.


*DHL express shipping (2-3 day delivery) is available upon request for US/INTL orders. Please place your order as usual and leave a purchase note requesting a DHL quote. We will follow up with a quote (often ranging $40-70) and estimated delivery date based on our production timeline.*



HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For any orders placed in November 1st onwards, we have extended our return/exchange window for the holidays. You are free to contact us up to January 10th to request a return or exchange for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged garments. Custom garments, underwear, one piece swimsuits, and swim bottoms remain final sale. Feel free to reach out via our contact form with your order info. Our customer service team will be out of office December 23rd-30th, so we will not be issuing refunds or processing exchanges during that time.
