FAQ

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

As all our garments are made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks after placing your order for us to print, sew, and pack your garment. Depending on the complexity of the print, amount of fabric the garment requires, and time of year, production for every garment varies within this timeline. On the rare occasion we have your garment in stock in our showroom, we will pull it and ship the next day.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Currently we ship within Canada, USA, and internationally. North American shipping is free. Our timelines are as follows:

CA: 4-10 business days once marked shipped (Canada Post)

USA: 3-7 business days once marked shipped (USPS)

INTL: 10-30 business days once marked shipped (courier varies)

CAN I PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING?

Yes- we are happy to offer rush shipping to USA destinations with DHL, or within Canada with Purolator. Please reach out to our showroom manager katie@thiefandbandit.com, or use our contact form with your order number and deadline and we are happy to send a quote for rush shipping to accommodate.

MY TRACKING STILL SAYS PRE-SHIPMENT. WHY?

For all USA orders, we use an independent shipping courier called Chitchats, and they work as a liaison between us and USPS. Often, tracking doesn't update until the package has crossed the border and cleared customs. We recommend signing up for tracking updates once you receive your shipping confirmation email to keep up to date on your package.

CAN I TRACK MY CANADIAN/INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE?

We do not currently offer tracking numbers for packages shipped within Canada, or outside of the United States.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As all our garments are made to order, a cancellation request must be placed within 24 hours of order confirmation. To place a cancellation request, please email sam@thiefandbandit.com or use our contact form.

CAN I RETURN MY GARMENTS?

We accept returns within 7 days of your package delivery date. Returned garments must be unworn and unwashed. For our return policies and instructions, please see our policies page. Intimates, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, custom orders, and Bounty garments are all final sale.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

We love making custom garments, so if you see a print you'd like that's not offered in the style you want, you can inquire about a custom order here. Custom garments are subject to additional charges depending on complexity. We're also happy to work with custom measurements at no extra charge to ensure a perfect fit, all sizes are welcome!
