I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Currently we ship within Canada, USA, and internationally. North American shipping is free. Our timelines are as follows:
CAN I PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING?
Yes- we are happy to offer rush shipping to USA destinations with DHL, or within Canada with Purolator. Please reach out to our showroom manager katie@thiefandbandit.com, or use our contact form with your order number and deadline and we are happy to send a quote for rush shipping to accommodate.
MY TRACKING STILL SAYS PRE-SHIPMENT. WHY?
CAN I TRACK MY CANADIAN/INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE?
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As all our garments are made to order, a cancellation request must be placed within 24 hours of order confirmation. To place a cancellation request, please email sam@thiefandbandit.com or use our contact form.
CAN I RETURN MY GARMENTS?
We accept returns within 7 days of your package delivery date. Returned garments must be unworn and unwashed. For our return policies and instructions, please see our policies page. Intimates, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, custom orders, and Bounty garments are all final sale.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We love making custom garments, so if you see a print you'd like that's not offered in the style you want, you can inquire about a custom order here. Custom garments are subject to additional charges depending on complexity. We're also happy to work with custom measurements at no extra charge to ensure a perfect fit, all sizes are welcome!
