Description
Mockneck twirl dress with a fitted bodice, short sleeves, and a cinched waist that falls into a full gathered skirt just below the knee. Hidden in the folds of the skirt are pockets on each side. Both the bottom hem and the neckline are trimmed with the softest romantic black lace. No hardware snaps on neck- this dress is a pullover style.
