Shipping

Thief&Bandit is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.  All of our items are currently made to order. We strive to ship each order within 7-10 business days. Our standard shipping method to Canadian and International destinations is Canada Post’s ‘Light Packet’ method. This is the most affordable option and it takes between 2-4 weeks to receive international orders and about a week to receive Canadian orders upon shipment.  US orders are shipped with USPS.  A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment. Keep in mind that there is always the possibility that orders will be stuck at customs for a few days. This is very rare and they are always swiftly released.  We try and keep our shipping costs low for our customers. You can always upgrade shipping to receive it sooner. Just let us know via email (thiefandbandit@gmail.com) if you’d like to receive your order faster and we can bill you the difference in shipping via paypal.

Thief&Bandit is not accountable for any customs or duty fees that might incur nor are we responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order items may be retuned within one week of receipt. Before returning your item please contact us first with your order information. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when they were sent to you.  

Thief&Bandit is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number and once we receive your return, you will be credited for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Please mark ‘RETURN”; on your customs label if you are returning from outside of Canada.

FYI

Please be aware that due to the hand printed process various inconsistencies in the printing may occur. We use a designer’s eye and thoughtful discretion and believe that the slight variations in the printing makes the item beautiful and unique.
